Supervisory Skill Builders (SSB) Online Learning Suite helps you build supervisory skills through a series of nine engaging modules. The modules contain need-to-know information on how supervisors should best carry out their responsibilities to management and employees.

Designed for supervisors to train themselves, the online series offers insights on meeting management objectives for productivity and quality guest service; solving everyday workplace challenges; and gaining respect, trust and support from staff.

The online learning suite is also available in print for in-person training.

SSB helps learners build skills and prepare for the Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS) certification exam.

While employment in a supervisory capacity is required, completion of the program eliminates the 90-day time in position requirement needed to qualify for the certification.
